Celebrating Excellence: The Soar 2025 Customer Awards

September 30, 2025

At Soar, one of our favorite traditions is gathering with our customers outside the conference hall to celebrate together. This year, that included a night out at Fenway Park, where we cheered under the lights of one of baseball’s most iconic stadiums. The energy of Fenway—and the spirit of the game itself—has become a fitting metaphor for what Soar is all about: teamwork, strategy, and celebrating big wins together.

That’s why our annual Customer Awards are inspired by baseball. Each honor celebrates the skill, leadership, and collaboration our customers bring to the game of procurement.

This year’s winners exemplify what it means to play at the highest level: they’ve made the big plays, swung for the fences, and fielded challenges with confidence. Let’s meet the Soar 2025 Customer Award winners.

Roberto Clemente Award: Cindy Solomon, Veolia

The Roberto Clemente Award recognizes a player who exemplifies leadership, sportsmanship, and community impact.

Just as Clemente championed his team on and off the field, Cindy has been a tireless champion for Fairmarkit at Veolia. Her advocacy, leadership, and persistence in driving adoption make her a true game-changer who inspires everyone around her.

Most Valuable Player: Adam Synder and Phill Petrik, Goodyear

The MVP is the heartbeat of the team, the player whose contributions are unmatched and indispensable.

Adam and Phil have earned MVP status by mastering automation at Goodyear. Their relentless focus on efficiency has delivered results that elevate the entire procurement function, proving they’re the ones you want at the plate when the game is on the line.

Silver Slugger: Vanya Petrovic, CCEP

The Silver Slugger goes to the best offensive player, the one who consistently delivers big hits and powers the team forward.

Vanya has done just that by aligning Fairmarkit with CCEP’s world-class procurement strategy. Her offensive power lies in connecting innovation to business value, ensuring procurement isn’t just on the field, it’s leading the scoring drive.

Gold Glove (Defense): Jim Haining, LVVWD

The Gold Glove honors defensive excellence, the players who protect their team by preventing mistakes and shutting down the opposition.

Jim has brought Gold Glove defense to LVVWD by holding both suppliers and internal teams accountable. His ability to safeguard procurement transformation ensures progress is protected, consistent, and resilient.

American League Champion: The Boeing Team

Winning the pennant means surviving a long season, overcoming obstacles, and proving you’re the best in your league.

The Boeing team did exactly that by tackling an incredibly complex challenge with teamwork, perseverance, and positivity. Their victory shows that when an entire team works together, even the toughest obstacles can be conquered.

Groundbreaker Award: The Micron Team

Baseball’s groundbreakers are the innovators, the players who change the way the game is played.

The Micron team has lived up to that spirit by partnering with Fairmarkit to push product innovation forward. Their feedback has directly shaped new features and improvements, leaving a lasting mark on the game.

Home Run Collaborator: The Conduent Team

Few plays are as thrilling as the home run: decisive, collaborative, and energizing for the entire team.

Conduent has been that kind of partner for Fairmarkit. From marketing collaborations to always keeping the customer at the center of the game, they’ve shown it’s not about swinging for themselves, but about driving runs in for the whole team.

National League Champions: The EKFC Team

Securing a league championship reflects longevity, consistency, and trust built over time.

EKFC has been a trusted Fairmarkit partner for years, and 2025 marked a major expansion of that relationship. Together, we’ve grown from early innings into a championship-level collaboration that touches every sourcing need.

Rookie of the Year: Deep Singh, Guardian

The Rookie of the Year award celebrates newcomers who make an immediate impact.

In his very first season with Fairmarkit, Deep has delivered wins that would make a veteran proud. He championed adoption with Guardian’s new leadership, secured a multi-year renewal, and rolled out global sourcing in Cairo and Mexico—all in year one.

Utility Player of the Year: David Andres, Amrize

The utility player is the one you can rely on anywhere: adaptable, dependable, and always delivering results.

David embodies that role by constantly finding new ways to innovate and boost productivity at Amrize. No matter the challenge, he steps up to help procurement succeed across the field.

Manager of the Year: Sachin Yadav, Amazon

Great managers don’t just run the team, they inspire, mobilize, and bring out the best in every player.

Sachin has done exactly that at Amazon. By mobilizing massive teams across diverse products and use cases, he has orchestrated a winning strategy that proves leadership at scale is the ultimate advantage.

Cy Young Award (Pitcher): Rhea Rooprai, Diageo

Pitchers set the tone of the game. The Cy Young Award honors the ones who dominate from the mound.

Rhea has been that dominant presence for Diageo. She’s trailblazed intake, represented Fairmarkit across the organization, and consistently delivered results that keep procurement ahead of the competition.

Looking Ahead

Just like in baseball, procurement greatness doesn’t come from a single swing or play, it’s the result of persistence, collaboration, and vision. The Soar 2025 Customer Award winners exemplify the best of our community, proving that when you step up to the plate with courage and innovation, you can transform the game.

To our winners: congratulations on your well-earned recognition. To the entire Fairmarkit community: here’s to another year of championship-level procurement.
