Ninian joined Vodafone on the 1st of June 2009 as SCM IT Director and was appointed to the board of the Vodafone procurement company in November 2009. In March 2016 he was appointed as Director of Group SCM and CEO of the Vodafone Procurement Company. Previously Ninian held senior positions at Cable & Wireless plc. and Royal Mail plc.

Joseph Martinez was the Chief Procurement officer at BNY Mellon where he was responsible for Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Diversity, Procurement to Pay Operations, Category Management, Market Data, Accounts Payable and Supply Chain Analytics. Prior to joining BNY Mellon he was the Chief Procurement & Financial Operations Officer for MUFG Bank where he was responsible for sourcing, travel, procurement to pay operations, corporate real estate, corporate insurance, corporate security and 1st line third party risk management for MUFG. Prior to that he was the Head of Global Sourcing – APAC at Deutsche Bank in Singapore.

Michael Shaw is the Founder and current chairman for the Global Council for Diversity and Inclusion in Procurement (GCDIP) and the American Council of Sourcing and Procurement Executives. (ACSPE). Mr. Shaw has spoken at and chaired numerous industry conferences and was voted one of Supply and Demand Chain Magazine’s “Pros to Know” for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Kevin Frechette is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fairmarkit, the intelligent sourcing platform. He’s spent the last 3 years meeting with hundreds of procurement and supply-chain executives from every industry to learn how they view and approach tail spend management.
