Tina Yoder is Vice President of Procurement Services with a focus on Business Development at WNS-Denali. Tina comes with more than two decades of experience across multiple leadership roles in both procurement and business development at companies such as Aon Hewitt, TeleTech, CenturyLink Technology Solutions and IntelliSource. Tina is passionate about partnership and achieving business outcomes together. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tina resides in Colorado and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Joe Frederick is the Senior Director of Procurement & Strategic Sourcing at Snowflake. Prior to working at Snowflake, Joe worked as the Director of Spend Management at ServiceNow.

Karen Webley is an accomplished Procurement professional with more than 20 years of experience providing procurement leadership and transformation. She is considered an indirect procurement subject matter expert and has held numerous speaking engagements and board positions within the Procurement field. Karen joined Atlassian as Head of Procurement & Sourcing in September 2020 to provide senior leadership as Atlassian transforms and scales critical sourcing, purchasing, contracting and supplier management functions that are responsible for ensuring that all our external supplier spend and engagements are being executed and transacted at the highest levels of efficiency, quality and integrity. Prior to Atlassian, Karen held similar roles with LinkedIn and Gartner. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and resides in the beautiful Bay Area (Silicon Valley) of California.

Ann Fleishell leads the Applied Materials Global General Procurement organization with 20 years of sourcing, procurement and consulting experience gained at companies including FreeMarkets/Ariba, Clorox, Twitter and Tableau. She is experienced in leading and managing global, cross-functional teams with expertise in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies. Additionally, Ann has a background in supplier and risk management as well as systems implementations and process improvement in high growth, fast paced environments. Ann received her B.A. in International Development & Economics from the College of William & Mary, Williamsburg, VA. She is a mom of 2 girls and enjoys mentoring, volunteering and supporting women and girl leadership organizations such as TechWomen, Girls who code and Girl Scouts.

Kevin Frechette is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fairmarkit, the intelligent sourcing platform. He’s spent the last 3 years meeting with hundreds of procurement and supply-chain executives from every industry to learn how they view and approach tail spend management. His core focus is on understanding how procurement can be transformed using data, automation, analytics, AI, and machine learning.
